This is my entry for the Stamping Bella Challenge. I used Hat Border #2 as the stamp as well as the Happy Birthday and Put Your Party Hat On. All from Stamping Bella and I think the paper is as well. I added gems, ribbon and my new picture hangers from CHMT. I glittered and glazed the hats.
