Here is my layout for "Buttons and Bows". I just loved how this turned out. I made up my own layout using different papers. I also used the Circut to cut out the words and double layered them. The ribbon for the bows is from CTMH and the buttons are from the $ store. The beautiful little girl is my niece and she just turned 13 on June 29th. I am making up a family album for my hubby for his birthday for November. SHH its a secret...
Morning all! Nancy has put her back out (bulging disc) and is bed ridden for the wknd, so I (Karen) thought I would come in and do up her LMLC post for her. She did an awesome job! This week we're challenging you to use buttons and bows on your layout. This is a layout Nancy did of her niece, Briana. How she's grown, huh? She just turned 13! Now the fun begins! So, leave Nancy some love and get well wishes and THEN hop on over to Lasting Memories to see that the DT came up with and don't forget to play along!
Welcome to our first challenge - did you figure out the clues we left? We're kickin' it off with a blog hop AND blog candy!! We're SO excited to have you join us and in honor of Canada Day and Independence Day in the USA, we're kickin' it off with a red, white and blue theme!! Be sure to leave comments along the way because there's some more mystery candy to give away! If you get lost, come back here to find your way.
To be eligible for Lasting Memories blog candy, be sure to link your layout using a red/white and blue theme in Mister Linky below. You have 2 weeks to enter (one entry per person please).
This is a layout that I have done for this past Canada Day. It was also my niece's 13th Birthday. The kids had so much fun together as they always do. I also entered this layout in a challenge over at scrapbook challenges (see side bar)
Sorry I am late at posting this. I did have it set for this morning but for some reason it didnt work. Help. I have done that for a few others and the same thing. I had to manually load it. Anyway! Ok here is my first layout for Lasting Memories that I am on the Design Team. The red white and blue layout. This one is of my fiance and brothers on the team. Most of the materials are from Close to My Heart. Have fun on the blog hop..
Here is another wedding layout. This time it is my cousin Karen and Keith's Wedding back in 2002. I was not there at the time as I was not part of the family then. It took place at my mother-in laws backyard. It looks so beautiful and was a great day. The paper is from Micheals and came in a paper pack called Design Paper by K & C Company. I think it was perfect for this beautiful wedding..
